No other Chef in the region embodies Sonoma County cuisine as Chef David Dahlquist. For 21 years of his now 43 years, David has worked in the finest of Sonoma County kitchens. Born and raised in Santa Rosa, he has always appreciated the region’s beauty and incredible resources. Since the age of 13, he has worked with the most talented French, Swiss, and German chefs of Sonoma County.
Throughout his tenure at the River's End, Chef David continues to explore global cuisines and integrate the world's diverse flavors utilizing as much as possible from local purveyors. Chef David has experienced working in the oldest restaurant in Barcelona to the most exotic locations in Bali. We always look forward to Chef David's newest discoveries!
